I offer a premium, highly personalised service and work with a select number of clients (a maximum of 10 students for each application period) each year to ensure exceptional quality and tailored support. My fees reflect the depth of first hand ongoing academic and industry expertise I bring to every engagement beyond what regular agents bring to the table, who mostly are not academics themselves. For comprehensive undergraduate or postgraduate university application support, my fixed of-off fee is £XXX for UG students, £XXX for PG students and £XXX for PhD students (or equivalent in your local currency).

This service includes end-to-end guidance across all stages of the application journey; from academic counselling using my SuccessMatrix™ methodology, strategic targeting and shortlisting to final submission and continues beyond admission. If there are scholarships available to you (these are course specific and vary by university), I will also help you look for them and apply to them and prepare. On an average, you can expect to meet once a fortnight with detailed tasks between sessions during preparation and submission stage. My students also benefit from one monthly 1:1 academic counselling sessions until graduation, supporting module selection, academic progression, and any challenges that may arise throughout their university journey, all inclusive.

You’re not alone; many students feel uncertain at the outset, often defaulting to anecdotal advice, peer influence, or uninformed third-party suggestions. These heuristics, while well-intentioned, frequently lead to short-term, misaligned academic choices. It’s no surprise, then, that a high number of students either leave courses early or shift career paths entirely post-graduation.

This is exactly where my dual background in psychology and pedagogy, combined with deep expertise in UK business schools, allows me to offer something uniquely valuable: a more holistic, evidence-informed decision-making process.

This process is at the core of my SuccessMatrix™ methodology. You don’t need to have all (or any) answers before we begin; my role is to help you uncover them through a highly structured and reflective journey. If you already have a clear subject in mind, we will still briefly engage with this diagnostic phase to validate your choice before proceeding swiftly into the application stages.

In the first month, we focus exclusively on understanding you.

Through a series of structured one-to-one sessions, we explore your academic strengths, values, interests, ambitions, learning preferences, and long-term goals; including areas of uncertainty. Where appropriate and with your consent, I also consult with key figures in your life (parents, mentors, teachers) to form a richer picture. However, the most important voice in shaping your future is yours, and you remain the central decision-maker throughout.

By blending psychological insight, pedagogical rigour, and deep industry-academic knowledge, SuccessMatrix™ delivers a personalised academic strategy that is both authentic and future-facing. By the end of this phase, you’ll know not just what to study and where to apply; but why. And you’ll have expert, ongoing support every step of the way.

For optimal results, I recommend beginning the university application process at least 12 months prior to your intended course start date typically September/October or January/February in the UK. This allows ample time for structured academic counselling, thorough course and institution research, personal statement development, interview preparation, visa application support, collection of academic references, and verifying that English language requirements (including equivalency checks and IELTS) are met.

Please note that while I do not offer IELTS preparation directly, I am happy to recommend trusted providers local to you if needed (I do not make commissions from this either). Additionally, I exclusively support applications for business-related undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes and related modules at the moment as I do not operate a a generalist but a sepcialist at this point of time.

While I understand that early preparation isn't always possible, I can occasionally work with students starting no later than 6 months before their intended start date; provided they are ready to commit to an accelerated and intensive process. I do not accept clients seeking support with tighter timelines, as it compromises the integrity of the process and the quality of outcomes I am committed to delivering.

All sessions are conducted online, offering you maximum flexibility and access regardless of your location. I have worked with clients from over 55 countries, so I am experienced in adapting to different time zones and cultural contexts. However, please note that I operate strictly within UK business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and out of office availability in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement. If you're seeking periodic in-person intensive sessions, I do offer this service; subject to availability. As with several of my international clients, I am happy to travel to your location. This would require covering flights and accommodation in addition to an agreed premium service fee, and is coordinated around my academic and professional commitments to proportionally and reasonably reflect the time spent communiting between grographies.

Yes; while I’m not an immigration solicitor, I provide basic immigration advice for student routes, document preparation etc. I strongly reccomend going through the UCAS website for international students and the UKVI website for the most updated information on the process. At the point of your aplication submission through UCAS, we will know 'exactly' what is needed as law, policy and practice in the UK is dynamic and can change on a yearly basis too.

You’re absolutely right to question whether SuccessMatrix™ is just another fancy marketing ploy and frankly, if I were you, I’d be asking the same.

In my experience as an educator and psychologist working across multiple levels of higher education, I’ve seen how students are often treated as checklists rather than individuals. SuccessMatrix™ was born out of a need for something more personalised, evidence-based, and human.

At its core, SuccessMatrix™ is a multi-dimensional diagnostic and strategy tool I’ve developed that integrates validated frameworks from psychology, pedagogy, and career development; but applies them in a way that’s bespoke to each student. Unlike generic profiling tools, I don’t simply hand you a quiz or questionnaire. Instead, across a structured one-month process, I engage you in a series of qualitative, in-depth (and fun!) 1:1 sessions designed to extract the underlying patterns that shape your motivations, skills, preferences, and future goals.

Behind the scenes, I draw upon established models such as VARK learning styles, the O*NET Interest Profiler, MBTI, Big Five Personality Traits, and other diagnostic frameworks (around 12 others and more of you have other special learning needs) used by psychologists and career counsellors globally. But rather than relying on a single measure or static profile, I synthesise data points from multiple approaches, using both structured dialogue and observational techniques to map out a rich, multidimensional understanding of YOU.

This approach allows me to triangulate academic pathways and career options that are not only aligned with validated psychological constructs, but also truly reflective of your lived experiences, values, and goals. What you receive is not a cookie-cutter report or computer-generated suggestion, but a deeply informed, strategic academic plan tailored to your strengths, aspirations, and unique profile. It’s both methodologically rigorous and deeply human, and it’s what sets my approach apart. You can now imagine why I only work with a limited and focussed number of no more than 10 students at any given time.
